Credit-Based Service Model

Banana AI operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase a plan, you receive a certain number of credits that can be used across our AI services, including image generation, video generation, and other creative tools.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Your request is submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Your account still has unused credits from the purchase. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on your remaining unused credits.
  3. You provide a clear and reasonable explanation for the refund request.

Refund Calculation

  • Full Refund: If no credits have been consumed from your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: If some credits have been used, your refund will be calculated as follows: Refund Amount = Original Purchase Price × (Remaining Credits ÷ Total Credits Purchased)
  • No Refund: If all credits from the purchase have been consumed, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  1. The refund request is submitted more than 10 days after the purchase date.
  2. All credits from the purchase have been fully consumed.
  3. Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  4. Fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund system, or manipulation of credit usage is detected.
  5. You have already initiated a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
  6. Credits obtained through promotions, bonuses, giveaways, or free sign-up rewards.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your account email address
    • Transaction ID or receipt number
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
  • Upon refund approval, the corresponding credits will be immediately deducted from your account.

Credit Refunds for Failed Tasks

If an AI generation task fails due to a system error (not caused by user input), the credits consumed by that task will be automatically refunded to your account. No action is needed on your part.
