Use the feedback form above and select “Bug Report” as the type. Please describe the issue in detail — include what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the steps to reproduce it. Attaching a screenshot helps us diagnose the problem faster. Our team reviews every report and prioritizes fixes based on severity and impact.

Absolutely! Select “Feature Request” in the feedback form and describe what you’d like to see. We actively review feature requests to guide our product roadmap. Popular requests from the community — such as new aspect ratios, style presets, or model improvements — are prioritized in upcoming releases. Check the Changelog to see recently shipped features.

We aim to review all submissions within 48 hours. Critical bug reports affecting core functionality (image generation, payment, or account access) are triaged immediately. Feature requests are batched and reviewed during our weekly planning cycle. While we may not reply to every submission individually, rest assured that every piece of feedback is read and considered.

You can attach PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF images up to 1 MB in size. Screenshots and screen recordings (as GIFs) are particularly helpful for bug reports. If you need to share larger files or videos, mention that in your feedback description and we’ll follow up with an alternative upload method.
